Day 01 Arrival at Delhi:
You will be transferring to the hotel in Delhi from Delhi Airport.
Check in at hotel. Day is free for personal activities. Overnight
stay in Delhi.
Day 2 Delhi City Tour:
Morning after breakfast you will be visiting Delhi tourist places.
1. Birla Temple:
Hindu temple dedicated to Laxminarayan in Delhi, India. The temple
is built in honor of Lakshmi (Hindu goddess of wealth), and her
consort Narayana (Vishnu, Preserver in the Trimurti).
2. Jama Masjid (Mosque):
commonly known as Jama
Masjid, is the principal mosque of Old Delhi. Commissioned by
the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and completed in the year 1656, it
is one of the largest and best known mosques in India.
3. Humayun’s Tomb:
is the tomb of the Mughal
Emperor Humayun. The tomb was commissioned by Humayun's wife
Hamida Banu Begum in 1562 CE, and designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyath,
a Persian architect.
4. India Gate:
Situated along the ceremonial Rajpath avenue (meaning
King's Way) in New Delhi, India Gate is a memorial raised
in honour of the Indian soldiers who died during the Afghan wars
and World War I.
5. Red Fort: The
decision for constructing the Red Fort was made in 1639,
when Shah Jahan decided to shift his capital from Agra to Delhi.
6. Qutab Minar:
The Qutub Minar is located in a Mehrauli in South Delhi. It
was built by Qutb-ud-din Aibak of the Slave Dynasty, who took
possession of Delhi in 1206. It is a fluted red sandstone tower,
which tapers up to a height of 72.5 meters and is covered with
intricate carvings and verses from the Qur'an.
7. Lotus temple:
Temple
is a Bahai's House of Worship, situated in
South Delhi and shaped like a lotus. It was built by the Bahá'í
community.
After sightseeing back to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 03: DELHI TO
NEW JALPAIGURI (NJP): (BY TRAIN)
Today you will be
picking up from Delhi at your places to reach at train station to
catch the train departure for NJP by any morning train type 2 AC
coach only.
(Train Travel
duration 24h 20m). Overnight in train.
Day 04: NJP TO
GANGTOK: (BY RAOD)
Today arrived at
NJP train station. Meet & assist with hotel representative at
train station to transfer Gangtok by road. Reach Gangtok in 4
hours (125 km) check in to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 05 &
06: GANGTOK TOUR
Daily city tour
of Gangtok by car to cover following places:
Gangtok is a
wonderful tourist destination with monasteries and adventures all
around. Some of the most important sites in and around Gangtok
include the:
· Himalayan
Zoological Park: This Park exhibits a wide species of
Himalayan fauna like the black beer, barking deer, snow leopard,
civet cat, red pandas and the spotted deer.
· Nathula:
It is a mountain pass situated about 56 km from Gangtok at an
altitude of about 14,200 ft and is covered with rich varieties of
alpine flora and fauna. It is a calm place to visit and is open
only for Indian Nationals.
· Pemayangtse
Monastery: It is one of the oldest monasteries in the state
which was established by Lhatsun Chempo, the Lama who is said to
have performed the consecration ceremony of the first Chogyal of
Sikkim. This Monastery is located at the hill top and gives a
wonderful view of the Himalayan ranges and the surrounding hills
of the region.
· Khecheopalri
Lake: This Lake located at East Sikkim is considered to be one
of the most sacred lakes in the city both for Hindus and
Buddhists. This lake lies in the rich forest cover and is believed
that the birds in the region never allow a single leaf to keep
afloat on the water of the lake.
· Menam Hill:
This hill situated at an altitude of about 10300 ft gives a
wonderful view of the scenic beauty of the Kanchenjunga Hills and
its surrounding ranges. On a sunny day, one can even see the
plains of Bengal spanning across Kalimpong and Darjeeling Hills in
the South.
· Ganesh Tok:
This temple of Hindu god Ganesha is situated near the Sikkim
Government nursery in East Sikkim and is situated on a small
hillock on the Gangtok-Nathula Road.
DAY
07 GANGTOK TO DARJEELING: (82 KM / 3 HRS Journey)
Today departure
from the hotel in Gangtok in the afternoon and proceed to
Darjeeling. Reach Darjeeling by road 2hrs. journey. Check in to
the hotel in Darjeeling. Evening is free for the personal
activities as you wish to go.

DAY 08, 09 & 10
DARJEELING CITY TOUR
Daily city tour
of Darjeeling by car to cover ‘available tea’ factories’ with
following places too:
There are a
large number of tourist attractions in and around the city from
which the tourist can derive enormous pleasure. Some of the
tourist attractions in the city are:
· Tiger Hill:
It is situated at an altitude of about 2590 m and gives a
magnificent view of the sunrise over the Kanchanjunga hills. One
can also have a clear view of the World’s highest peak from the
Tiger Hill.
· Himalayan
Mountaineering Institute: It is the oldest Mountaineering
Institute in the country and was set up following the successful
ascent of the Mt. Everest by Tenzing Norgay Sherpa in 1953. The
museum at this institute is a must visit for the tourist.
· Darjeeling-Rangit
Valley Passenger Cable Car: Popularly known as the ropeway, it
is situated at North Point. It is the oldest passenger ropeway and
connects Darjeeling with Singla Bazaar at the bottom of the
valley. This ropeway has been extensively modernized to ensure
safety of the visitors.
· Kalimpong:
This city is located near Darjeeling at an altitude of about 1250
m and has many places of tourist attractions like Kalibari,
Kalimpong market, Gouripur House, Golf Course, Pedong Monastery,
and Rishyap.
· Kurseong:
This city near Darjeeling is located at an altitude of about 1458
m and is famous for its scenic beauty with peace and tranquility
all around. Eagle’s Crag which offers a panoramic view of the
Siliguri plains and hills is located here.
Other important sites in Darjeeling include the Ava Art gallery,
Mall, Rock Garden and Ganga Maya Park, Botanical Garden, Senchal
Lake, Happy Valley tea garden, and the Monasteries.

11 DARJEELING – NJP – DELHI (by train)

breakfast proceed to NJP to catch the train for Delhi. Driver will

12 NEW DELHI
Today in the
afternoon you arrive at New Delhi RLY. Station. Meet our
representative and transferring to the hotel in Delhi. No tour
activities. Overnight stay in Delhi.
DAY 13 DELHI TO
KOCHI (Cochin) 3 HRS FLIGHT
Today after
breakfast check out from the hotel driver will transfer you at
Delhi Airport. You catch the flight for Kochi. Arrive Kochi
airport meet & greet with out representative and transferring to
the hotel in Kochi. Evening free for the personal activities.

15 KOCHI TO MUNNAR (by road 130 km/4 hrs)
Today morning
check out from hotel in Kochi and proceed to Munnar.
Munnar
is one of the most popular hill-resort towns in Kerala and in
southern India. Munnar is located on the Western Ghats, situated
in the Idukki district.There is 3 major top tourist places are
following to visit:
Eravikulam National Park
Located about 15 km from Munnar, this park is famous for its
endangered inhabitant - the Nilgiri Tahr. Spread over an area of
97 sq. km., this park is also home to several species of rare
butterflies, animals and birds. A great place for trekking, the
park offers a magnificent view of the tea plantations and also the
rolling hills caressed by blankets of mists. The park becomes a
hot destination when the hill slopes here get covered in a carpet
of blue, resulting from the flowering of Neelakurinji. It is a
plant endemic to this part of the Western Ghats which blooms once
in twelve years. The last time it bloomed was in 2006.
Anamudi Peak
Situated about 13 kilometers (8.1 mi) from Munnar town, Anamudi
(2,695 metres (8,842 ft)) is Kerala's highest mountain and the
highest Indian mountain south of the Himalayan range. Treks to the
peak are allowed with permission from Forest and Wildlife
authorities at Eravikulam.
Mattupetty
Another place of interest, located about 13 km from Munnar Town,
is Mattupetty. Lying at a height of 1700 m above sea level,
Mattupetty is known for its storage masonry dam and the beautiful
lake, which offers pleasurable boat rides, enabling one to enjoy
the surrounding hills and landscape. Mattupetty's fame is also
attributed to the dairy farm run by the Indo-Swiss Livestock
Project, where one would come across different high yielding
breeds of cows. Mattupetty with its lush green tea plantations,
rolling grasslands and the Shola forests is also ideal for
trekking and is home to a variety of birds.
Today you can visit 1 or 2 places in Munnar and back to the hotel
in Munnar. Overnight stay in hotel.
DAY 16 MUNNAR

tour of Munnar and cover the rest of the places. Back to the hotel
in Munnar and overnight stay there.
DAY 17 MUNNAR TO
MADURAI (by road 150 km/3hrs.)
Today after
breakfast check out from the hotel in Munnar and than proceed to
Madruai.
The
city is widely known as the Temple City and is often also referred
to as City of four junctions (Koodal Maanagar), Cultural
center of Tamil Nadu (Kalaachaara thalainagar), City of
Jasmine (Malligai Maanagar), Sleepless city (Thoonga
Nagaram), Athens of the East and The City of Festivals (Thiruvizha
nagaram).It is the third largest (was second largest from its
origin till 2001) city by population in Tamil Nadu and second
largest by area.
Reach Madurai check in to the hotel later visit at 1 following

Meenakshi-Sundareswar Temple:
Madurai's Meenakshi-Sundareswarar temple, which stands today as
one of the India's greatest cultural and architectural landmarks,
was originally built by the early Pandya King Kulasekara. It is
also one of the greatest Shiva Temples of Tamil Nadu.
Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Madurai.
DAY 18 MADURAI
CITY TOUR
Today after
breakfast you will be continuing city tour and visit to the
following tourist spots:
Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal
The
Thirumalai Nayakkar Mahal palace complex was constructed in the
Indo-Saracen style by Thirumalai Nayakar in 1636. It is a national
monument and is now under the care of the Tamil Nadu
Archaeological Department.
Kazimar Big Mosque(Periya pallivasal)
and Maqbara
Madurai
Hazrat's Maqbara located within the Big Mosque. This famous mosque
(masjid) is located at the heart of Madurai city, within 500
metres of the Periyar (Central) bus stand and within 1 kilometre
South East of the Madurai Railway Junction and 800 meters south
west of the Meenakshi Temple.
Gandhi Museum
Rani
Mangamma's palace has been renewed and converted to Gandhi
museum.The museum displays information about Mahatma Gandhi, and
most importantly it showcases the original blood-stained garment
of Gandhi when he was assassinated by Nathuram Godse.
Thiruparankundram
Thiruparankundram is 7 km (4.5 miles) from the center of Madurai
city. Thiruparakundram has become a symbol of the religious
harmony among the people of Madurai. An Islamic Durgah (shrine) is
located at the top of the hill, where the grave of an Islamic
saint Hazrat Sultan Sikandhar Badushah Shaheed Radiyallah Ta'al
anhu, who came from Jeddah (in present-day Saudi Arabia) along
with Hazrat Sulthan Syed Ibrahim Shaheed Badushah of Madinah (in
present-day Erwadi, Ramanathapuram district) during the early 13th
century, is found
Goripalayam Dargah
The
name Gorippalayam comes from the Persian word Gor
which means Grave. This area is called as
Goripalayam because the Graves of the two famous saints of Islam
and rulers of Madurai Hazrat Sulthan Alauddin Badusha (Radiyallah)
and Hazrat Sulthan Shamsuddin Badhusha (Radiyallah) are located
here. A beautiful green coloured tomb can be seen from the
A.V.Bridge madurai, which is the Gorippalayam Dargah located in
the northern banks of vaigai River.
Theppakulam
Theppakulam belongs to Vandiyur Mariyamman temple. It has become
quite a picnic spot now. There is an artificial island at the
centre, made of stone. It was built sometime around 1500 AD.
Koodal Azhagar Koil
A
beautiful Vishnu temple which has Navagraham also (usually
Navagraham is found only in Shivan temple). There is a hayagrivar
temple close to this temple where hayagrivar (Horse/"haya"griva
avataram) is the main deity. Most of the students do their regular
prayer here as hayagrivar is the one who brought the epic fallen
into water back to the earth. This is one of the temple found in
center of city. This is located 100 mtrs north to the Kazimar Big
Mosque (Periya pallivasal) and to the south of Sunnambukara
street. This temple is believed to be older than the Meenakshi
temple.
St. Mary’s Cathedral Church
St.
Mary’s Cathedral in Madurai is the seat of the Roman Catholic
Archdiocese of Madurai. It is one of the oldest Roman Catholic
churches in India and is situated 2 km South East of Madurai
Railway station and 200 meters from the Thirumalai Nayak Mahal.
DAY 19
MADURAI to THEKKADI (140 KM / 3 HRS)
Today after breakfast check out from the hotel in Madurai and
proceed to Thekkadi. Reach Thekkady and check in the htoel. Later
you can visit 1 or places of Thekkady.
Thekkady
(Idukki district) is the location of the Periyar National Park,
which is an important tourist attraction in the Kerala state of
India.
The
sanctuary is famous for its dense evergreen, semi-evergreen, moist
deciduous forests and savanna grass lands. It is home to herds of
elephants, sambar, tigers, gaur, lion-tailed Macaques and Nilgiri
Langurs.
The
Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is spread across 777 km² (300 sq.
miles), of which 360 km² (139 sq. miles) is thick evergreen
forest. The Wild Life Sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in
1978. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaiperiyar Dam
across the Periyar River adds to the charm of the park. The
greatest attraction of Periyar are the herds of wild elephants
that come down to play in the lake.
Thekkady is considered a heaven for natural spices such as black
pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and clove.
Places to Visit in Thekkady:
Murikkady
This
place consists of spice and coffee plantations. It is about 5 km
from Thekkady.
Chellar
Kovil
This
is located about 15 km from Kumily and leads to the Theni district
of Tamil Nadu. This place has a lot of waterfalls and cascades. It
is very beautiful and extremely serene
Anakkara
Located at about 13km from Kumily on the Kumily-Munnar road,
Anakkara is an upcoming spice tourism destination in the state.
There is also a new airport proposed at Anakkara and is under
review by the Airports Authority of India.
Mangala
Devi Temple
It
is situated about 15 km from Thekkady and sits at an altitude of
1337 m above sea level. It is surrounded by lush greenery and is
closed throughout the year except during the Chitra Pournami
festival. At other times tourists can still view it by getting a
special letter from the forest ranger. The view from the temple
premises is spectacular and one can see part of eastern ghats and
some villages from adjacent state of Tamil Nadu.
Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Thekkady.
DAY 20 THEKKADI FULL DAY TOUR
Today after breakfast you will be visiting at the above mentioned
places of Thekkady and return to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 21 THEKKADY to ALLEPPEY (150 KM/3 to 4 HRS.)
Today after breakfast check out from the hotel in Thekkady and
proceed to Alleppey Reach Alleppey and check in the houseboat.
Later you can visit 1 or 2 places of Alleppey.
Alappuzha
(Malayalam: also known as Alleppey, is a town in Alappuzha
District of Kerala state of southern India. A town with
picturesque canals, backwaters, beaches, and lagoons, it was
described as the one of the places known as "Venice of the East"
by Marco Polo (1292).

of the tourist places of Alleppey and kumarakom bird sanctuary
than driver drop you at Kochi airport. There you have to catch the
flight for Mumbai. Meet & greet with the representative and
transferring to the South Mumbai in Colaba near gateway of India.
Check in to the hotel. Overnight stay.
DAY 23
MUMBAI - DEPARTURE
Today you will be transferring to the airport to get fly back
home.
