DAY-01: Delhi arrival:
Meet and assist
with our GRAND INDIA TOURS representative at airport and transfer
to pre booked hotel in New Delhi. If you are arriving in Morning
New Delhi so can check in at hotel first and there is option
available for the city tour or something related tour activity
like shopping, etc. or day can be free for you without any
transportation for any activity, just stay at hotel.
DAY-02: Departure 07:30 hrs.

Today after
breakfast, proceed to Jaipur and you will be visiting 2 places
“JAL MAHAL PALACE & CHOKHI DHANI. Delhi to Jaipur is 6 hours drive
reach Jaipur’s Jal Mahal Palace before check in to hotel.
Jal Mahal (meaning
"Water Palace")
is a palace located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur
city, the capital of the state of Rajasthan, India. The palace and
the lake around it were renovated and enlarged in the 18th century
by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber. Spend there ½ hour at that
palace and later check in to the hotel and go for the lunch, rest
of the time for relax at hotel.

DAY-03: Jaipur City Tour:
Get ready @ 8 am after
breakfast to visit the following places in Jaipur, RAJASTHAN:
> Amber Fort: @ 09:00 hrs.
The aesthetic
ambiance of this formidable fort is seen within its walls on a
four level (each with a courtyard) layout plan in well turned out
opulent palace complex built with red sandstone and marble
consisting of the Diwan-e-Aam or the "Hall of Public Audience",
the Diwan-e-Khas or the "Hall of Private Audience", the Sheesh
Mahal (mirror palace) or Jai Mandir, and the Sukh Niwas where a
cool climate is artificially created by winds that blow over the
water cascade within the palace.
> Jaigarh Fort: @ 11:00 hrs.
The fort, rugged and
similar in structural design to the Amber Fort, is also known as
Victory Fort. It has a length of 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) along the
north-south direction and a width of 1 kilometre (0.62 mi). The
fort features a cannon named “Jaivana”, which was manufactured in
the fort precincts and was then the world's largest.

Nahagarh Fort stands
on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, overlooking the pink city of
Jaipur the view of the city from the fort is breath taking. Along
with Amber Fort and Jaigarh Fort it formed a strong defence ring
for the city.
> Hawa Mahal: @ 13:00 hrs.
"Palace of Winds" or
“Palace of the Breeze”), is a palace in Jaipur, India. It was
built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, and designed by Lal
Chand Usta in the form of the crown of Krishna, the Hindu god. Its
unique five-storey exterior is also akin to the honeycomb of the
beehive with its 953 small windows called jharokhas that are
decorated with intricate latticework.

City Palace, Jaipur,
which includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal palaces and
other buildings, is a palace complex in Jaipur city, the
capital of the Rajasthan state, India. It was the seat of the
Maharaja of Jaipur, the head of the Kachwaha Rajput clan. The
Chandra Mahal palace now houses a museum but the greatest part of
it is still a royal residence.
> Jantar-Mantar (Jaipur’s
Observatory): @ 15:45 hrs
The Jantar Mantar is
a collection of architectural astronomical instruments, built by
Maharaja (King) Jai Singh II at his then new capital of Jaipur
between 1727 and 1734. It is modeled after the one that he had
built for him at the Mughal capital of Delhi.
Sightseeing places is
finished later there is option to get back to the hotel for
relaxation or you can be free for the shopping in the traditional
place called ‘PINK CITY”. Jaipur markets are open till 20:00 hrs.

DAY 04 : Jaipur
- Udaipur
Morning after breakfast to proceed to Udaipur. Driver will drop
you at Jaipur Airport to catch the flight for Udaipur. Meet &
assist with Grand India Tours representative at airport in
Udaipur, later transfer to the hotel for check in. It is
also known as the
City of Lakes, is a city, a Municipal Council and the
administrative headquarters of the Udaipur district in the state
of Rajasthan in western India. It is located 403 kilometers
(250 mi) southwest of the state capital, Jaipur.
Apart from its
history, culture and scenic locations, it is also known for its
Rajput-era palaces. The Lake Palace, for instance, covers an
entire island in the Pichola Lake. Many of the palaces have been
converted into luxury hotels. It is often called the "Venice of
the East" and is also nicknamed the "Lake City". Lake Pichola,
Fateh Sagar Lake, Udai Sagar and Swaroop Sagar in this city are
considered some of the most beautiful lakes in the state.
After some rest
proceed to sightseeing the first tourist spot in Udaipur is:
Lake Pichola:
Lake Pichola is a
lake that has two islands, Jag Niwas and the Jag Mandir. This lake
is 4 km long and 3 km wide, originally built by Maharana Udai
Singh II. There are many ghats, like the bathing and washing ghats,
which can be approached through boats from the City Palace of
Udaipur (Bansi Ghat). In the heart of the lake the Lake Palace
stands, which is now converted into a heritage palace hotel. The
lake remains fairly shallow even during heavy rains, and gets dry
easily in times of severe drought.
Later return to the
hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 05 : Udaipur tour continues
Early Morning after breakfast start city sightseeing of Udaipur.
Udaipur is a popular tourist destination in India. The lakes,
palaces and lively workspaces and culture attract foreign and
domestic visitors. It is a favorite marriage destination. Many
celebrities, including film stars, business families, and
politicians chose Udaipur to hold marriage ceremonies and parties.
The following tourist
places you will be visiting in Udaipur:
City Palace, Udaipur
Standing on the east
bank of Lake Pichola is a massive series of palaces built at
different times from 1559. The balconies of the palace provide
panoramic views of the "Jag Niwas" (the Lake Palace Hotel). They
also have views of Jag Mandir on one side and the city of Udaipur
on the other. Its main entrance is through the triple-arched gate
- the Tripolia, built in 1725. The way now leads to a series of
courtyards, overlapping parations, terraces, corridors and
gardens.
Lake Palace
The Lake Palace was
built in 1743-1746. It is made of marble and is situated on Jag
Niwas island in Lake Pichola. It was originally built as a royal
summer palace, but is now a luxury 5 Star hotel, operating under
the "Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces" banner.
Jag Mandir
Jag Mandir is another
island in Lake Pichola which is known for its garden courtyard.
Shah Jahan took refuge here while revolting against his father.
There is a restaurant run by the HRH group of hotels.
Monsoon Palace
Monsoon Palace also
known as Sajjan Garh Palace The summer resort of the Maharajas is
atop the hill overlooking all of the lakes. This palace had a way
to collect rain water for consumption all year around.
Jagdish Temple
The Jagdish Temple is
a large Hindu temple in the middle of Udaipur. It was built by
Maharana Jagat Singh Ist in 1651 A.D. It is an example of Indo -
Aryan architecture. and this temple is having a great example of
architecture and art. this area is the main tourist area in city.

dress, paintings etc.
Fateh Sagar Lake
Fateh Sagar Lake is
situated in the north of Lake Picholas. It was originally built by
Maharana Jai Singh in the year 1678 AD, but later on reconstructed
and extended by Maharana Fateh Singh after much destruction was
caused by heavy rains. In 1993-1994, the water vanished from the
lake, but in 2005-2006, the lake regained its water.
Saheliyon-ki-Bari
Sahelion ki Bari was
laid for a group of forty-eight young women attendants who
accompanied a princess to Udaipur as part of her dowry. The
gardens set below the embankment of the Fatah Sagar Lake have
lotus pools, marble pavilions and elephant-shaped fountains. These
fountains are fed by the water of the lake gushing through ducts
made for the purpose.
This temple is
situated near old railway station (Thokar) and M L S University.
This is old and famous Ganesh Temple with standing statue of Shree
Ganesh Ji considered very fruitful (Chamatkarik).Thousands of
Bhaktas(devotees) come here every Wednesday.
Nehru Garden
This is a park
situated in the middle of Fatah Sager Lake. This park covers about
41 acres (170,000 m2), with flower gardens and a lily
pond. It was inaugurated on the birth anniversary of the first
Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru. The garden overlooks
the ancient Moti Mahal of Maharana Pratap and gives a view of the
Aravalli hills on three sides.
Ahar Museum
Located about 2 km
east of Udaipur is a cluster of cenotaphs of the Maharanas of
Mewar. There are about nineteen cenotaphs of Maharanas cremated
there. One cenotaph is that Maharana Amar Singh, who reigned from
1597 to 1620. Nearby is also Ahar Museum, where on display is
limited but very rare earthen pottery, as well as some sculptures
and other archaeological finds. Some pieces date back to 1700 BC,
and a tenth-century metal figure of Buddha is a special
attraction.
Shilpgram
A crafts village
located northwest of Udaipur, Shilpgram hosts an annual crafts
fair which is one of the biggest in India; people from different
states in the country have stalls showcasing their art and crafts
work.
Ranka Palace (108,
North ayad)
This is a unique
House Of Famous Ranka Family. you can see Many families with very
different Nature & Identities at same place in Ranks Palace. M L
Ranka (Thakur) is Head of the family with 6 Sons & 1 Daughter.
Status of Shiva (45,
eastern). The beautiful and BHAHIM village "Menar" between Udaipur
and Chittor. This Status is on bank of Bhram Sagar and giving
bless to all villager.
After complete all
the sightseeing places back to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 06 : Udaipur – Delhi return
Early Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel. Driver
will drop you at the airport in Udaipur.

DAY-07: Delhi City Tour:

The India Gate
is the national monument of India. Situated in the heart of New
Delhi, India Gate was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens. It was built
in 1931. Originally known as All India War Memorial, it is a
prominent landmark in Delhi and commemorates the 90,000 soldiers
of the British Indian Army who lost their lives while fighting for
the British Indian Empire, or more correctly the British Raj in
World War I and the Third Anglo-Afghan War.
> Parliament House:
The Parliament of
India is the supreme legislative body in India. Founded in 1919,
the Parliament alone possesses legislative supremacy and thereby
ultimate power over all political bodies in India.
> Jantar Mantar:
The Jantra Mantra
(literally the 'instrument and formula' and often called the
Jantar Mantar), is located in the modern city of New Delhi,
Delhi. It consists of 13 architectural astronomy instruments,
built by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Jaipur, from 1724 onwards, and
is one of five built by him, as he was given by Mughal emperor
Muhammad Shah the task of revising the calendar and astronomical
tables.
> Rajghaat:
Raj Ghat is a
memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. It is a black marble platform that
marks the spot of Gandhiji's cremation on 31 January 1948. It is
left open to the sky while an eternal flame burns perpetually at
one end. It is located on the banks of the river Yamuna in Delhi
in India on Ring Road officially known as Mahatma Gandhi Road.
> Red Fort:
The Red Fort
usually transcribed into English as Lal Qil'ah or Lal
Qila) is a 17th century fort complex constructed by the lal
qila in the walled city of Old Delhi (in present day Delhi, India)
that served as the residence of the Imperial Family of India. It
also served as the capital of the Mughals until 1857, when Mughal
emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar was exiled by the British Indian
government. It was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in
2007.
> Jama Masjid:
Delhi, is the
principal mosque of Old Delhi in India. Commissioned by the Mughal
Emperor Shah Jahan, builder of the Taj Mahal, and completed in the
year 1628 AD, it is the largest and best-known mosque in India. It
lies at the origin of a very busy central street of Old Delhi, the
Chawri Bazar Road.
> Qutub Minar:
The Qutub Minar
is a tower located in Delhi, India. It is the world's tallest
brick minaret with a height of 72.5 meters (237.8 ft).
Construction commenced by Qutb-ud-din Aibak who won Delhi from
Prithviraj under Muhammad Ghori as his commander in chief, and
finished by Iltutmish.
> Lotus Temple:
The Bahá'í House
of Worship in Delhi, India, popularly known as the Lotus
Temple due to its flowerlike shape, is a Bahá'í House of
Worship and also a prominent attraction in Delhi. It was completed
in 1986 and serves as the Mother Temple of the Indian
subcontinent.
> Akshardham Temple:
Akshardham is a Hindu
temple complex in Delhi, India. Also referred to as Delhi
Akshardham or Swaminarayan Akshardham, the complex
displays millennia of traditional Indian and Hindu culture,
spirituality, and architecture.
