Day 01 Arrival at Delhi:
You will be transferring to the hotel in Delhi from Delhi Airport.
Check in at hotel. Day is free for personal activities. Overnight
stay in Delhi.
Day 2 Delhi City Tour:
Morning after breakfast you will be visiting Delhi tourist places.
1. Birla Temple:
Hindu temple dedicated to Laxminarayan in Delhi, India. The temple
is built in honor of Lakshmi (Hindu goddess of wealth), and her
consort Narayana (Vishnu, Preserver in the Trimurti).
2. Jama Masjid (Mosque):
commonly known as Jama
Masjid, is the principal mosque of Old Delhi. Commissioned by
the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and completed in the year 1656, it
is one of the largest and best known mosques in India.
3. Humayun’s Tomb:
is the tomb of the Mughal
Emperor Humayun. The tomb was commissioned by Humayun's wife
Hamida Banu Begum in 1562 CE, and designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyath,
a Persian architect.
4. India Gate:
Situated along the ceremonial Rajpath avenue (meaning
King's Way) in New Delhi, India Gate is a memorial raised
in honour of the Indian soldiers who died during the Afghan wars
and World War I.
5. Red Fort: The
decision for constructing the Red Fort was made in 1639,
when Shah Jahan decided to shift his capital from Agra to Delhi.
6. Qutab Minar:
The Qutub Minar is located in a Mehrauli in South Delhi. It
was built by Qutb-ud-din Aibak of the Slave Dynasty, who took
possession of Delhi in 1206. It is a fluted red sandstone tower,
which tapers up to a height of 72.5 meters and is covered with
intricate carvings and verses from the Qur'an.
7. Lotus temple:
Temple
is a Bahai's House of Worship, situated in
South Delhi and shaped like a lotus. It was built by the Bahá'í
community.
After sightseeing back to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 03 : Delhi - Samode ( 200 Km, 05 hours )
Morning leave for Samode, arrive & check in at Hotel. Afternoon
free to enjoy Samode village and the exclusive mirror frescos of
Samode Palace. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 :
Samode - Jaipur ( 42 Km, 01.1/2 hours )
After breakfast drive to Jaipur. Presently, Jaipur is the capital
of Rajasthan & is world famous as the Pink City. Arrive and your
first Stop will be at Amer Fort where from elephants will carry
you to the Fort, gives you the experience and impression of how
Maharajas & royal family members were using the services of
elephants. After lunch visit City Palace Museum, Astrological
Observatory, Hawa Mahal (wind palace). Check in at Hotel for
overnight stay.
Day 05 : Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra ( 235 Km, 06 hours )
Morning leave for Agra Enroute one of the most important place of
Mughal era Fatepur founded by Akbar in 1569 AD as a ceremonial
capital. Continue your drive to Agra, arrive and check in at
Hotel. After change and wash visit one of the wounders of the
world, Taj Mahal (monument of love), founded by 5th
great Mughal Emperor Shahi Jahan in the memory of his beloved
queen Anjuman Bano Begum (with love emperor called her Mumtaz. The
marble was transported from Makrana in Rajasthan by the help of
animals. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06 : Agra
After breakfast visit Agra Fort, was built by three emperors,
Akbar & Jahangir in red sand stone & Shahi Jahan in white marble.
The Fort is 2.5 Km long and during Mughal rule one third of the
Fort was occupied by the army. When British ruled India, they
repeated same tradition and now traditionally Indian army has
occupied the same. Afterwards visit Itma-ud-ullha the baby Taj.
Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 07 : Agra - Khajuraho ( By Flight )
Transfer to Agra airport to board flight for Khajuraho. The
temples at Khajuraho from probably one of the best examples of
Indian art and architecture. Arrive and check in at Hotel for
overnight stay.
Day 08 : Khajuraho - Varanasi ( By Flight )
This morning visit the Eastern and Western group of temples where
fortnight sculptures celebrate the joy of life and love for which
there is probably no equivalent in the world. Afternoon transfer
to airport to board flight for Varanasi situated on the banks of
the sacred Ganges, Varanasi has been a center of pilgrimage and
learning for over 2000 years and is considered to be one of the
oldest surviving cities in the world. Arrive and check in at Hotel
for overnight.
Day 09 : Varanasi
Early morning boat ride to watch the sunrise over the Ganges when
hundred of people are worshiping & taking bath. Later tour the old
city visiting the principles temples including Kashi Hindu
University where more than fifty thousand students from all over
the world are learning. In the afternoon drive outside the city to
Sarnath where the Buddha first preached his message of
enlightenment 24 centuries ago. Return back to Hotel for overnight
stay.
Day 10 : Varanasi - Delhi ( By Flight )
Transfer to airport to board flight for New Delhi. Transferring to
hotel in Delhi. Overnight stay.
Day 11 :
Delhi – Departure:
Today you will be transferring to the airport to catch flight to
back home.
