inhabited cities in the world and probably the oldest in India.

Golden Triangle is so called because of the triangular shape
formed by the locations of New Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan on a map,
but is occasionally expanded to include the wider geographical

from Delhi, travel north to the site of the Taj Mahal at Agra,,
then West to the desert landscapes of Rajasthan, including the
city of Jaipur. These three cities are very famous and that is a

New Delhi arrival:
Meet and assist
with our GRAND INDIA TOURS representative at airport and transfer
to pre booked hotel in New Delhi. If you are arriving in Morning
New Delhi so can check in at hotel first and there is option
available for the city tour or something related tour activity
like shopping, etc. or day can be free for you without any
transportation for any activity, just stay at hotel.
DAY-02:
Departure 07:30 hrs. for Jaipur:
Today after
breakfast, proceed to Jaipur and you will be visiting 2 places
“JAL MAHAL PALACE & CHOKHI DHANI. Delhi to Jaipur is 6 hours drive
reach Jaipur’s Jal Mahal Palace before check in to hotel.
Jal Mahal (meaning
"Water Palace")
is a palace located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur
city, the capital of the state of Rajasthan, India. The palace and
the lake around it were renovated and enlarged in the 18th century
by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber. Spend there ½ hour at that
palace and later check in to the hotel and go for the lunch, rest
of the time for relax at hotel.

you will be dropping at Chokhi Dhani.

Jaipur City Tour:
Get ready @ 8 am after
breakfast to visit the following places in Jaipur, RAJASTHAN:
> Amber Fort: @ 09:00 hrs.
The aesthetic
ambiance of this formidable fort is seen within its walls on a
four level (each with a courtyard) layout plan in well turned out
opulent palace complex built with red sandstone and marble
consisting of the Diwan-e-Aam or the "Hall of Public Audience",
the Diwan-e-Khas or the "Hall of Private Audience", the Sheesh
Mahal (mirror palace) or Jai Mandir, and the Sukh Niwas where a
cool climate is artificially created by winds that blow over the
water cascade within the palace.
> Jaigarh Fort: @ 11:00 hrs.
The fort, rugged and
similar in structural design to the Amber Fort, is also known as
Victory Fort. It has a length of 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) along the
north-south direction and a width of 1 kilometre (0.62 mi). The
fort features a cannon named “Jaivana”, which was manufactured in
the fort precincts and was then the world's largest.
Nahargarh Fort: @ 12:00 hrs.
Nahagarh Fort
stands on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, overlooking the pink
city of Jaipur the view of the city from the fort is breath
taking. Along with Amber Fort and Jaigarh Fort it formed a strong
defence ring for the city.
> Hawa Mahal: @ 13:00 hrs.
"Palace of Winds" or
“Palace of the Breeze”), is a palace in Jaipur, India. It was
built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, and designed by Lal
Chand Usta in the form of the crown of Krishna, the Hindu god. Its
unique five-storey exterior is also akin to the honeycomb of the
beehive with its 953 small windows called jharokhas that are
decorated with intricate latticework.

City Palace, Jaipur,
which includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal palaces and
other buildings, is a palace complex in Jaipur city, the
capital of the Rajasthan state, India. It was the seat of the
Maharaja of Jaipur, the head of the Kachwaha Rajput clan. The
Chandra Mahal palace now houses a museum but the greatest part of
it is still a royal residence.
> Jantar-Mantar (Jaipur’s
Observatory): @ 15:45 hrs
The Jantar Mantar is
a collection of architectural astronomical instruments, built by
Maharaja (King) Jai Singh II at his then new capital of Jaipur
between 1727 and 1734. It is modeled after the one that he had
built for him at the Mughal capital of Delhi.
Sightseeing places is
finished later there is option to get back to the hotel for
relaxation or you can be free for the shopping in the traditional
place called ‘PINK CITY”. Jaipur markets are open till 20:00 hrs.

Departure 08:00 hrs. for
Agra:
After breakfast
you have to proceed from Jaipur to Agra. Visit en-route to
‘FATEHPUR SIKRI’ reach probably @ 13:20 hrs in Fatehpur sikri.
‘Fatehpur-Sikri’
Built near the much older Sikri, the historical city of Fatehabad,
as it was first named, was constructed by Mughal emperor Akbar
beginning in 1570. It was built in honor of Sufi saint Shaikh
Salim Chisti, who lived in a cavern on the ridge at Sikri, and
foretold the birth of his son, who was named Prince Salim after
the saint. Spend 1 hour here that monument.
Free
for the lunch break from 14:20 hrs to 15:00 hrs. Later check in to
the hotel. Overnight stay in Agra.
DAY-05:
Agra City tour and Overnight
train to Varanasi.
TAJ MAHAL:
Wake up ½ hour before the

Agra's Taj Mahal is one of the most famous buildings in the world,
the mausoleum of Shah Jahan's favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It is
one of the New Seven Wonders of the world, and one of three World
Heritage Sites in Agra.
Completed in 1653, the Tāj Mahal was built by the Mughal king Shāh
Jahān as the final resting place for his beloved wife, Mumtāz
Mahal. Finished in marble, it is perhaps India's most fascinating
and beautiful monument. This perfectly symmetrical monument took
22 years (1630–1652) of labour and 20,000 workers, masons and
jewelers to build and is set amidst landscaped gardens. Built by
the Persian architect, Ustād 'Īsā, the Tāj Mahal is on the bank of
the Yamuna River.
Come
out from the ‘TAJ MAHAL’ @ 08:30 hrs. driver pick
you at the entrance of the taj mahal and drop you again at hotel
to ready to check out from the hotel after take a bath & later
have breakfast in the restaurant. Depart @ between 10:30
hrs. to 11:00 hrs. from Agra’s Hotel and proceed to the

Visit “Tomb of
Akbar the great”:
Visiting the historical place called ‘AKBAR’S TOMB” in Agra’s
Sikandra, the last resting place of the Mughal Emperor Akbar the
Great, is on the Delhi-Agra Highway, only 13 kilometers from the
Agra Fort.
Akbar's tomb reflects the completeness of his personality. The
vast, beautifully carved, red-ochre sandstone tomb with deer,
rabbits and langurs is set amidst a lush garden. Akbar himself
planned his own tomb and selected a suitable site for it. To
construct a tomb in one's lifetime was a Turkic custom which the
Mughals followed religiously. Akbar's son Jahāngīr completed
construction of this pyramidal tomb in 1613. The 99 names of Allah
have been inscribed on the tomb.

AGRA FORT:
Agra
Fort (sometimes called the Red Fort), was commissioned by
the great Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565, and is another of Agra's
World Heritage Sites. A stone tablet at the gate of the Fort
states that it had been built before 1000 but was later renovated
by Akbar. The red sandstone fort was converted into a palace
during Shāh Jahān's time, and reworked extensively with marble and
pietra dura inlay.
Pearl
Mosque or Motī Masjid, the Dīwān-e-'Ām and
Dīwān-e-Khās (halls of public and private audience), Jahāngīr's
Palace, Khās Mahal, Shīsh Mahal (mirrored palace), and the
Musamman Burj can be see @ ‘AGRA FORT SIGHTSEEING”
After
1 hour spends that above place you will be dropping at the Agra’s
railway station to catch the train to reach the next destination
in this tour ‘VARANASI’.

Arrived Varanasi:
Morning arrive Varanasi train station, there meet & assist with
the GRAND INDIA TOUR representative and transfer to the hotel in
Varanasi. Day is free for the personal activities like spend some
time at Ghats in the early evening attend the holy worship called
in Hindi language is ‘Aarti’. Return to the hotel, if you would
like to interested to get shopping that time on that day it would
be great idea to explore the Varanasi City.

DAY-07:
Varanasi City Tour & Fly back
to New Delhi:
Morning after breakfast proceeds to the city sightseeing of
Varanasi with 1 boat riding on the Ganga River.

Varanasi attracts a large number of people from all over the
world. For centuries, Varanasi is famous for spiritualism,
mysticism, Indian philosophy and Hinduism. All these are reflected

associated not only with Hinduism but also with Buddhism and
Jainism. Besides numerous temples, Varanasi also boasts of

Banaras Hindu University:
Popularly known as BHU, this is
an internationally renowned University that had played an integral
part in the Indian independence movement. Today, it ranks as one
of India’s greatest centers of learning.
Bharat Kala Bhavan
Located within the BHU campus, Bharat Kala Bhavan is an
art-and-architecture museum, which puts to display a huge
collection of Hindu and Buddhist sculptures, paintings and various
other artifacts.
Jantar Mantar
An observatory built by Jaipur’s Maharaja Jai Singh, Jantar Mantar
was built to measure the local time, declination of the Sun, the
stars and planets, and to determine eclipses. Till date, it
contains several masonry instruments to record the same, including
the Krantivritta Yantra, Samrat Yantra, Digansha Yantra, Prakash
Yantra, Ram Yantra, Dhruva Yantra and Disha Yantra.
Ramnagar Fort
Located on the opposite bank of the Ganges, about 14 kms from
Varanasi, this fort is the ancestral home of the Maharaja of
Banaras.
Later back to the hotel for
check out in the evening to catch flight for Delhi. Driver will be
dropping you at the Varanasi airport.

of the British Indian Army who lost their lives while fighting for
the British Indian Empire, or more correctly the British Raj in
World War I and the Third Anglo-Afghan War.

Jantar Mantar:
The Jantra Mantra
(literally the 'instrument and formula' and often called the
Jantar Mantar), is located in the modern city of New Delhi,
Delhi. It consists of 13 architectural astronomy instruments,
built by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Jaipur, from 1724 onwards, and
is one of five built by him, as he was given by Mughal emperor
Muhammad Shah the task of revising the calendar and astronomical
tables.

Rajghaat:
Raj Ghat is a
memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. It is a black marble platform that
marks the spot of Gandhiji's cremation on 31 January 1948. It is
left open to the sky while an eternal flame burns perpetually at
one end. It is located on the banks of the river Yamuna in Delhi
in India on Ring Road officially known as Mahatma Gandhi Road.

The Red Fort
usually transcribed into English as Lal Qil'ah or Lal
Qila) is a 17th century fort complex constructed by the lal
qila in the walled city of Old Delhi (in present day Delhi, India)
that served as the residence of the Imperial Family of India. It
also served as the capital of the Mughals until 1857, when Mughal
emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar was exiled by the British Indian
government. It was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in
2007.

Masjid:
Delhi, is the
principal mosque of Old Delhi in India. Commissioned by the Mughal
Emperor Shah Jahan, builder of the Taj Mahal, and completed in the
year 1628 AD, it is the largest and best-known mosque in India. It
