Day 01 Arrival at Delhi:
You will be transferring to the hotel in Delhi from Delhi Airport.
Check in at hotel. Day is free for personal activities. Overnight
stay in Delhi.
Day 2 Delhi City Tour:
Morning after breakfast you will be visiting Delhi tourist places.
1. Birla Temple:
Hindu temple dedicated to Laxminarayan in Delhi, India. The temple
is built in honor of Lakshmi (Hindu goddess of wealth), and her
consort Narayana (Vishnu, Preserver in the Trimurti).
2. Jama Masjid (Mosque):
commonly known as Jama
Masjid, is the principal mosque of Old Delhi. Commissioned by
the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and completed in the year 1656, it
is one of the largest and best known mosques in India.
3. Humayun’s Tomb:
is the tomb of the Mughal
Emperor Humayun. The tomb was commissioned by Humayun's wife
Hamida Banu Begum in 1562 CE, and designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyath,
a Persian architect.
4. India Gate:
Situated along the ceremonial Rajpath avenue (meaning
King's Way) in New Delhi, India Gate is a memorial raised
in honour of the Indian soldiers who died during the Afghan wars
and World War I.
5. Red Fort: The
decision for constructing the Red Fort was made in 1639,
when Shah Jahan decided to shift his capital from Agra to Delhi.
6. Qutab Minar:
The Qutub Minar is located in a Mehrauli in South Delhi. It
was built by Qutb-ud-din Aibak of the Slave Dynasty, who took
possession of Delhi in 1206. It is a fluted red sandstone tower,
which tapers up to a height of 72.5 meters and is covered with
intricate carvings and verses from the Qur'an.
7. Lotus temple:
Temple
is a Bahai's House of Worship, situated in
South Delhi and shaped like a lotus. It was built by the Bahá'í
community.
After sightseeing back to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 03 Delhi - Jaipur
After breakfast drive to Jaipur
Arrive Jaipur check in at hotel, later visit the City Palace and
Jal Mahal. Evening free to explore Famous Jaipur Markets. Stay
overnight at Hotel.
Day 04 Jaipur
After breakfast
drive to Amber Fort, a magnificent example of Rajput architecture.
Ride up to the fort in style on elephants. Afterwards we return to
Jaipur and visit the City Palace, the Palace of Winds. The Royal
Observatory which was built by the Maharajah Jai Singh and shows
his passion for astronomy. Stay overnight at Hotel.
Day 05 Jaipur - Agra
Today we drive to
Agra, en route we stop and visit the deserted city of Fatehpur
Sikri which was abandoned when the town’s water supply dried up.
On arrival check in at hotel. Stay overnight at Hotel.
Day 06 Agra - Khajuraho
Early morning visit
Taj Mahal at sunrise time. Later explore full day city tour of
Agra visit the Agra fort and Sikandra. Later drive to Khajuraho,
on arrival check in at Hotel stay overnight at hotel.
Day 07 Khajuraho - Delhi
After breakfast explore the Western,
eastern and southern temples of khajuraho while your guide
explains the intricate meaning and legends behind each describable
sculpture. Later drive to airport to catch the flight to Delhi.
Arrive Delhi airport meet and greet driver later transfer to the
Hotel. On arrival check in at Hotel. Stay overnight at Hotel.
Day 08 Delhi:
After
breakfast drive to the airport/station for the onward journey.
